Nikki Stoker, PA-C
I am Nikki Stoker, PA-C. I started my career in sports medicine and physical therapy, and spent many years working with Tucson Orthopedic in their surgery center. I also worked in urgent care and developed my skills in emergency medicine. I also have been able to work along side some of Tucson's finest dermatologists. For the past 7 years I've been fortunate to have been trained by some of the best injectors in the country and have really developed a passion for the aesthetic skin industry.
I want you to be happy in your skin, and I love what I do. I received my Master Injector certification and and continue to pursue any piece of knowledge regarding skincare as this is my passion. I am currently a national trainer for Allergan, so I get the opportunity to train other injectors who have the same passion about aesthetic medicine as I do. I am very honest and understanding and will provide the best natural outcome that I can!
Courtney Riddle, RN
Hi there! My name is Courtney and I am a proud Tucson native! My career as a Registered Nurse began in 2017 after graduating from the University of Arizona's nursing program. I have years of experience working in the acute care setting as a bedside nurse on Neurology, Oncology, and Intensive Care units. I have been working in the field of aesthetics since early 2023 and have developed an immense passion for wellness, weight loss, aesthetic treatments, injectables, and skin care.
I run the medical weight loss program here at Skinani and truly love helping individuals achieve their wellness goals and reduce their risk for developing chronic metabolic diseases. I pride myself in being attentive, compassionate, and deeply invested in my patients' outcomes. I am jumping into the aesthetics industry with both feet and am excited to continue growing and learning from Master Injector Nikki!
Yaya: Advanced Lash Artist & Aesthetician
Hi I’m Yaya! I'm an experienced lash artist and licensed aesthetician. Born and raised in Tucson, Az. I graduated beauty school back in 2017 and always knew I wanted to specialize in lash extensions, which has been my focus since 2018.
I have absolutely loved every part of the journey. My goal as a lash artist and aesthetician is to leave everyone I encounter feeling a little more confident and happy!
When I’m not lashing or glowing up skin, I love to spend time with my frenchie baby named Boujie and spend time with my family.

Hi! My name is Jes! I was born and raised in Tucson. I feel very grateful to have landed at Skinani!
I have 20+ years in customer service, but didn’t start my Med Spa journey until going back to work after having my daughter in 2022.
I quickly fell in love with the industry. Watching someone leave with a bigger smile and more confidence than when they came in never gets old.
Currently, my free time is filled with a lot of hide and seek and dance parties with my four year old daughter. However, our most favorite thing to do is make fun of daddy!
